I had a wonderful stay at Himalayan Hostel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions about the city and ensuring I had a great time exploring. They even waited for me when my flight was delayed, allowing me to check in late. The hostel's location is central, making it easy to walk to the city center. Passang Daju and Baini, the hostel managers, were kind and caring, taking care of everything from cleaning to welcoming guests. The beds were comfortable, lockers were spacious, and they even organized an extra night for me when the city was fully booked. The air conditioning kept me warm on chilly nights.
Would definitely recommend this hostel.

The value for money at this hostel was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The location was very central, within walking distance to the main square and shopping markets. The staff at Himalayan were really good, providing helpful, friendly and professional service.
Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, perhaps by adding more variety to the menu.

The staff at the reception were absolutely lovely and welcoming. They made us feel right at home from the moment we called to inquire about our stay. Another great aspect was the convenient location of the hostel. It was just a short walk away from the city center, allowing us to explore easily. the hostel had clean and modern toilets, which were a pleasant surprise.
One thing that could be improved is the use of artificial perfume spray in the rooms. It was quite irritating for our stomachs and lingered on our clothes.

I recently stayed at the Himalayan Hostel for a few nights during my first visit to the city. The staff there were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed to explore the area. They even waited for me for a late check-in due to my delayed flight. The location of the hostel is perfect, just a short walk from the station and situated in a quiet and safe courtyard. The floor heating system was a unique and cool feature, and the cleanliness of the hostel was impressive. One staff member in particular, Niko, went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great stay. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return if I ever find myself in Zagreb again.
Would recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, there were a couple of things that I really liked about this hostel. it offered affordable prices, making it a great choice for budget travelers like myself. the location was fantastic. It was conveniently located near the train station, which made it easy for me to explore the city and visit the main square and old town without any hassle. I enjoyed the comfortable beds and the fact that they had huge lockers available, providing a secure place to store my belongings.
it seemed like some people were living in the hostel permanently, which created a different atmosphere. On one morning, I was woken up early by a guest who talked loudly on a video call for hours without consideration for others.
